Exchange Policy:
We know buying online can be difficult. AtAlways Love Being we want you to feel confident and inspired by every piece you purchase. If your apparel isn't the right fit or you received the wrong item, we're happy to help with an exchange.
Exchange Eligibility:
Items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery provided that: *The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.* Proof of purchase or your order number is provided.* The requested replacement item is in stock.* The exchanged item will be shipped back at your expense and the replacement will be shipped back on us.
How to Request an Exchange:
1) Contact us at info@alwayslovebeing.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2) Include details about your order and the replacement item you are requesting.
3) Tell us about the replacement item - size, color, and which ALB message.
4) Provide an alternate option if the requested replacement item is not in stock.
5) Wait for exchange instructions before sending your item back.
6) Package the item securely and ship it according to the instructions provided.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.
